At Meta-lite tackle we can now offer a complete package for re-building any fishing rod from boat rod's to your favourite beachcaster, you can choose the colours of the whipping thread and the giudes that we put on your rod. We can fit winch fittings or coasters as well as duplon grips or shrink tubing, either Japanese rubber shrink or the hard wearing plastic shrink tube.
You can have your rod underwhipped or not and with either fixed spool ringing or multiplier rings, also high or low reel positions as well as custom made reducers. Reflective tips can be added as can silver mettalic thread on the top three rings to help see bites on those dark winter nights.
So here's the complete package ........for £100:00 Meta-lite tackle will arrange for your favourite rod to be picked up from your home and delivered to our shop in Walton on Naze, once in our workshop the rod will be completely stripped and re-built in the colours off your choice and with rings chosen by you. At Meta-lite your rod will be transformed back to new condition using the best materials available, this will take two weeks from start to finish. Upon completion your rod will be returned to arrive back at your address on a day that suits you, all for £100:00 inc carriage.
Please note that the price quoted is for a complete re-whip on a beachcaster rung for "reel up" position and includes underwhipping in colours of your choice, also fully insured collection and return delivery to UK mainland address. Shrink tubing, reducers, whinch fitting or coasters would be priced as an extra. A re-build with out underwhipping would be £10:00 less !!!!

Step Two....Pack your rod in a suitable strong tube ready for collection by our fully insured
overnight carriers.
Step Three ... Meta-lite tackle performs the transformation on your fishing rod.
Step Four... We arrange for return delivery to arrive at the return address on a weekday
that suits you, Saturday deliveries are available at an extra cost.
